Our Lotus group coaching programmes will be structured across six weeks, with different integrated themes from the Lotus of Joy at each session.

There will be enough time between sessions for you to work on how to incorporate new learnings into your everyday life, in a way that works for you.
Week 1
The Lotus of Joy - an introduction to the Lotus of Joy to evaluate where you are now in your life and what your current and future priorities are to get you from where you are now to where you want to be!
Week 2
Leverage your health as your greatest wealth.
You will gain valuable insights into easy nutrition to fuel your body and bring back energy, as well as building your confidence and competence in planning and making healthy financial choices - so that when you commit to the life you want, you’ll make the money you have work for you.
Week 3
Opportunities to make fitness fun and integral to your mental and physical wellness.
You will find out more about the positive benefits to mood and energy levels of leading an active lifestyle, and how to involve your loved ones so that the things that bring you joy become part of your everyday life.
Week 4
To become more educated in the choices you make around what goes onto your body as well as in it.
We will be looking at how to reduce the toxins and chemicals in your daily environment and exploring opportunities to discover the holistic benefits of getting involved in your local community.
Week 5
Unlock what’s been holding you back and build habits towards a positive mindset, renewed confidence & self-esteem.
We will work through the importance of managing your mind & learning the most effective resilience tools. We will also be giving you an opportunity to explore your ‘secret CV’ to re-assess career goals and work towards where you want to be professionally
Week 6
Super-you! Trying to be Superwoman is exhausting – so focus on just being the most Super version of you.
We will work through what that means to you and how to nurture even more effective relationships with your best cheerleaders, your support network of loved ones, family and friends (because you don’t have to do this on your own!)
